Returns + Exchanges
Garments deemed faulty may be returned to Tanja's Crochet for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, you must contact Tanja's Crochet within 7 days of delivery by emailing email@example.com We do not offer returns due to ‘change of mind’ or wear and tear. Garments can only be returned if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached.
Exchanges will only be offered based on availability. Customised or made-to-measure garments cannot be exchanged, and we do not offer exchanges due to ‘change of mind’. Garments can only be exchanged if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached.

Once payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled. Each piece is made to order, so once your payment has been processed your piece will enter the construction phase.
