FAQ

A CRASH COURSE IN WASHING YOUR CROCHET

  1. Fill a clean sink or a large bowl, that can fit your crochet, with lukewarm water
  2. Add some washing detergent, favorably wool detergent. If you don't have any you can use your own schampoo
  3. Soak your crochet and give it a gentle squeeze, do not twist as that can cause damage to the yarn and shape
  4. let it soak for a while and then rinse thoroughly
  5. When you and our crochet is ready, take out of the water and lay flat onto a towel. After this you roll it up to press out the water
  6. Lay your crochet flat onto a new fresh towel and let it dry, you may have to turn over your crochet or change towel

After a while and a couple of wears you may see a few "bobbles" appear on your crochet. This is a natural process and happens due to friction, Do NOT panic, they are easy to remove. You can use a razor blade or a pair of scissors. If you don't have either of these you can borrow and old-school hair roller from your gran

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic deliveries

For domestic orders, shipping is included in the price and will be sent with Postnord, tracking number is also provided.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Domestic orders will be delivered in approximately 2 to 6 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Please provide us with the most suitable address so Postnord can deliver it.

International deliveries

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International orders will be delivered in approximately 4 to 15 work days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Please note that packages may be subject to a customs clearance on arrival to the destination country. Tanja's Crochet does not accept responsibility for customs delays or any associated processes. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are certain that you will be happy with your exclusive Tanja's Crochet piece, but if you are not satisfied with your order, please email contact@tanjascrochet.com

Returns

Garments deemed faulty may be returned to Tanja's Crochet for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, you must contact Tanja's Crochet within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@tanjascrochet.com We do not offer returns due to ‘change of mind’ or wear and tear. Garments can only be returned if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be offered based on availability. Customised or made-to-measure garments cannot be exchanged, and we do not offer exchanges due to ‘change of mind’. Garments can only be exchanged if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached.

Alterations

If you have supplied the incorrect measurements or your garment needs alterations, please email contact@tanjascrochet.com

Order cancellations

Once payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled. Each piece is made to order, so once your payment has been processed your piece will enter the construction phase.

If you would like to use images or content on your blog, website or social media site, you must request permission via contact@tanjascrochet.com. Upon receiving permission, Tanja's Crochet and all contributors must be credited; these credits will be supplied via email.
